I spent the morning hanging around the house, nursing a cold. But I just couldn’t stay indoors all day when it was sunny and +2C outside. So I downed some DayQuil and headed out for Fiddleheads’ library letterbox. Parked on Oxford Street and spent a few minutes admiring the houses. The central section of Guelph is quite picturesque with turn-of-last-century stone homes.
Then into the hustle and bustle of the library. It was quite busy for a Sunday afternoon. I headed for where I suspected the letterbox would be. The library staff found what I came for by looking it up on the computer. That was interesting. They gave me the box and I showed them Fiddleheads’ handiwork to explain what a letterbox is. That is one great example of a letterbox. They were duly impressed and so was I.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I need to find more letterboxes around me. Unfortunately, it’s not as big here as other places!
